@GirlontheProwl here, if you’re anything like me washing your hair everyday has become a bit of a routine, if not a religion. It’s gotten to the point where if I skip washing my hair during a shower it will drive me bonkers. But as you very well know, washing your hair everyday is really bad—you know, sulphates and all. It’s kind of like the equivalent of dying you hair—it kills it, strips it of its natural oils, and starts lacking in nourishment. I know all this, and yet I still do it because I can’t stand the feel and look my hair gets if I don’t. Let’s face it though, the reason I feel the need to wash my hair all the time is because I’ve conditioned my hair to over work and produce more oils in an effort to counteract the daily washing. So, in an attempt to rectify the situation, I figured there must be an alternative, and there is—dry shampoo.
